Smoked Trout Spread
1 8 oz. package smoked trout fillets
(any smoked fish will do)
2-3 oz. low fat cream cheese softened
1 small onion
1 tbsp. white horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until spreading consistency (just a few seconds). Refrigerate and serve with low fat crackers or raw vegetables.
