Turkey London Broil

1 – 2 lbs turkey breast or turkey tenderloins 

If not available in meat department of grocery store, ask the butcher.

Teriyaki sauce or barbeque sauce

Cook over hot grill turning every few minutes for approximately 7 minutes per side, depending on thickness.  If over an inch thick, allow more time.  Baste with sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.  Slice as you would a London Broil.
